New Aesthetic Patients: All new patients requesting Botox, biostimulators, or dermal filler will require an initial consultation by one of our advanced injectors before receiving treatment. Please select “New Aesthetic Patients - CONSULTATION REQUIRED” when scheduling.
New Wellness Patients: Patients new to West End Wellness or not seen within the past 12 months should select Essentials (wellness visit without labs), Elite (wellness visit with labs and follow-up), or a Sick Telehealth Visit for brief virtual care. Intake forms are required prior to all appointments.
Lab Appointments: Wellness lab appointments include specimen collection only. Results are delivered securely through your patient portal. Interpretation visits are available upon request.
To book: A credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Intake forms are automatically sent after booking. To ensure the best possible experience and prevent delays, we kindly ask that you complete your intake forms at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to review your medical history and ensure you’re a good candidate for treatment, keep appointments running on time for all patients, and address any concerns in advance. Failure to complete your forms in advance may result in rescheduling your appointment.
Add-ons: When booking online, the scheduler only allows one service to be booked at a time. If you’d like to book multiple services, please call us at 828-201-2689 so we can manually adjust your booking time.
