Concierge-Style Wellness: We offer concierge-style wellness care with transparent cash-pay pricing—no insurance required. Annual Wellness Evaluations include a comprehensive 45-minute preventive health assessment with foundational laboratory testing.
Lab Appointments: Wellness lab appointments include specimen collection only. Results are delivered securely through your patient portal. Interpretation visits are available upon request.
To book: A credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Please complete your intake forms at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can review your medical history and prepare for your visit. Incomplete forms may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
Add-ons: When booking online, the scheduler only allows one service to be booked at a time. If you’d like to book multiple services, please call us at 828-201-2689 so we can manually adjust your booking time.
